water treatment and specialty cleaning company that
performs the broad range of services detailed on these

 Most of our employees have years of experience with us or were experienced managers, engineers, and technicians before joining CSI.
CSI was formed almost 20 years ago, when we assumed
management and ownership of Chemical Specifics,
Inc. We are active members of Building
Owners and Managers Association (BOMA),
Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA),
and related professional organizations. We at
CSI are
committed to providing quality services to our
customers and look forward to providing you with the
best possible maintenance services.
Meeting our customers' needs
with prompt, courteous, and reliable service has made
us successful. To continue to provide the level
of service and attention to our customers' needs,
despite the pressures of rapid growth, we have
committed ourselves to a continuing process of
evaluating our response to customer requirements.
Over the past 20 years, we've
learned that training and experience pay enormous
benefits in customer satisfaction and for a job well
done. We are confident that no one has more
trucks with more experienced mechanics than we do, for
those days when you need us most. We set the
standard for prompt, reliable service in our industry.
Many companies in our industry hire seasonal personnel
and send them out untrained and unsupervised. Inexperienced workers have by far
the greatest rate of injuries and perform the poorest
quality work. Thus, our experienced,
capable personnel forms the basis of our success.
Because of the nature of our
work, we maintain laboratories, employ environmental
engineers, chemists and a staff of trained mechanics.
By closely monitoring our customers' needs we found they frequently need us for technical,
mechanical or analytical work for which they have
difficulty finding qualified contractors.
Because we meet their needs in other technical areas,
they trust us to provide these services as well.
Thus, we've expanded and developed our skills.
