Water
Treatment
We provide a complete range of HVAC water treatment
services, including full or advisory water treatment
service options. We provide chemicals, training,
and services to commercial and residential buildings,
hospitals, schools and museums. We supply test
kits, reagents, equipment and engineering consultation
for all types of systems where water is used for heat
exchange and we prepare specifications for some of the
largest consulting engineering firms.
Specialty
Cleaning Services
We disinfect cooling towers following Legionella
infections and clean deposits from closed water
systems and clean air-cooled condensers, HVAC system
coils, fans, blowers and ducts.
Cooling
Tower Rehabilitation and Enhancement
We extend the working life and restore efficient
operation of cooling towers. We have developed
techniques to rehabilitate cooling towers from 5 to
5,000 tons and can fix leaks, apply protective
coatings, install new fill materials and drift
eliminators, and design, fabricate, and install
complete new spray systems.
Potable
Water Testing
CSI has extensive experience testing potable water for
contaminants and we can expertly sample, test, and
analyze all your drinking water.
Vent
and Duct Cleaning
CSI's Specialty Cleaning Group cleans and sanitizes
HVAC ducts and air handling surfaces according to
NADCA standards and and in a manner that avoids damage
to building structures and furnishings.
Analytical
Testing Services
We perform a broad range of testing and analytical
services. These include water and deposit
analysis, fuel oil and lubricating oil, piping and
metallographic analysis, and glycol analysis. We
can even determine if seepage into a building is city
water and we can evaluate the condition of a corroded
piping system.
Indoor
Air Quality
We can thoroughly evaluate nagging air quality issues
and complaints and we can provide emergency testing
for dangerous materials, such as PCBs that may be
airborne following a transformer fire.
HVAC
Antifreeze Products
We provide a full range of HVAC grade glycol based
antifreeze and heat exchange solutions. Glycol
and water solutions are corrosive to metal piping and
become progressively aggressive as they age.
Thus, it's critical to select the correct additives to
protect systems from corrosion.
